Choose a familiar ending
- Prepare
- Set out a familiar book and make room for ordinary needs before the final goodnight. Agree on a short sequence with the other caregiver.
- Say
- It is time for our bedtime steps. We can read a familiar book together, then say goodnight.
- Do
- Use one familiar quiet activity, then the agreed goodnight step. A small routine is enough to begin.
- If it feels hard
- Check comfort and ordinary needs. Respond to distress rather than treating the sequence as a rule that must be finished.
- Notice afterward
- Did bedtime happen? Did we try the sequence we chose?

- Choose a familiar ending
- Prepare for one more request
- Keep a short prompt close
- Share the evening handoff
- Respond, then return to a familiar step
- Change one thing, not the whole evening
- Make next week easier to prepare
How access works
Choose your household context and view a complete free plan first. Checkout is handled by Polar. After payment is verified, open the pack from that plan in the same browser. Caregivers with an active shared link can use its pack too. Save or print a copy; this release does not have email account recovery.
One purchase covers bedtime for your household. It does not include the other routine, a course library, a clinician consultation or a subscription.
What to expect
Use the exercises at your own pace. They help the adult prepare and notice what fits; they do not promise to stop distress, change a child’s behavior or make a child sleep. Our examples are editorial suggestions linked to public guidance, not independently clinician-reviewed treatment. Read our approach and sources.
