Learn what CalmerTurn stores, how caregiver links work, which services process data and how to export or request deletion of household records.
What is stored
We store a pseudonymous browser session, age band, device context, chosen routine, selected situation, timezone, plan and short structured check-ins. Do not send a child’s name, exact birthday or private medical information. We use a secure HttpOnly cookie for access to your plans. Clearing it can remove that browser’s access; there is no email recovery flow yet.
Who can access it
The product operator can access household observations for the pilot. Cloudflare processes hosting and database requests. A caregiver bearer link grants its specific plan and expires after seven days; the plan owner can revoke it. Anyone holding that link can open it. Keep it private.
Payments and services
Polar processes checkout when enabled. We store the order reference, amount, currency and verified entitlement; card details are not stored here. Fonts are served by CalmerTurn. There are no advertising trackers or session recordings in this release.
Your choices
The in-app privacy dialog exports your pilot records and allows the owner to delete an unpaid household’s records. For a paid household, contact support so purchase reconciliation and deletion can be handled together. Records are kept during the pilot until deletion is requested or the pilot is closed; this release does not implement automatic time-based deletion.
