Understand CalmerTurn’s educational scope, free routine plans, optional one-time pack, support and purchase terms before using the service.

Scope

Use the service as an adult caregiver. The content supports everyday planning and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. You remain responsible for immediate care and safety decisions. Seek qualified help for individual concerns.

Free plan and paid pack

A complete first routine plan is free. When enabled, the $15 USD one-time pack adds a seven-day guide and printable reflection for the selected routine. It is not a subscription. Applicable tax is shown before payment. Use the same browser session to return; caregiver access is limited to a shared plan.

Support and refunds

If paid access does not arrive, contact support@openverse.tech with the Polar order reference. We will investigate delivery and refund requests, including any rights that apply to your purchase. Do not send card details.
